IPSA Holdings operate across multiple sectors, our estimating, planning, construction and engineering teams are able to provide our clients multidisciplinary guidance on a prospective project’s requirements achieving optimised delivery and operational outcomes.
IPSA specialist guidance includes project costings and schedule validation, construction staging and constructability, and design alternatives.
CONSTRUCTION
IPSA Holdings engages in construction services under a variety of contracts, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPCM), Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC), Alliance, Design & Construct, Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and Construct only. We adopt a flexible, best-for-project approach to delivery, with the ability to both subcontract and self-performed works. Whichever model we employ, through our skilled staff and the expertise of our workforce management, we provide certainty throughout all phases of our services.
COMMISSION & HANDOVER
Commissioning and handover services which include the appointment of a competent and qualified IPSA Superintendent to manage all commissioning activities, providing experienced personnel to undertake Project commissioning and performance testing, IPSA Holdings prepares scope specific commissioning plans, procedures, check sheets, reports and other applicable documentation as well as liaising with and utilisation of all vendors/contractors’ representatives that are required for successful commissioning.
