ROBIN FRANKLE

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Robin has in almost 30 years’ experience as a Mechanical Engineer with approx. 25 years of delivering multi – disciplinary complex Resource and Defence Infrastructure projects. Robin demonstrates a dynamic career with quantifiable achievements across safety, project delivery, tender proposals, business development, revenue growth and profit margin as well as employee/contractor attraction, retention and performance as demonstrated in the growth of the IPSA Holdings business.

Robin is multi skilled and possess the ability to deliver at the highest level. Robin is an energetic promoter of new initiatives, gains inspiration by finding new ways, new methods and new avenues to optimise team safety and performance, gain stakeholder support and deliver strategic business goals. Robin mentors Indigenous businesses in project management and business skills as well as developing long-term relationships with businesses and communities.

PETER OWENS

SOUTH AUSTRALIAN LEAD

Peter has more than 35 years’ experience in Project Management in the Defence, Water, Engineering, Construction and Mining Industry in both the Private and Public sectors. Over the last five years he has worked extensively with Defence to create and rollout their O&M Specification, GDL and HOTO documents. Peter is an enthusiastic and determined professional, capable leader willing to embrace new challenges using innovative problem solving skills while empowering his team to own and grow with a project.

Peter’s strengths include the ability to plan, execute, monitor and close projects with an emphasis on time and cost. Furthermore Peter is a skilled negotiator with proven results and extensive experience on major projects, highly organized and prides himself on delivering sound and effective outcomes based on his extensive knowledge of project management processes and procedures. Overall Peter maintains a commitment to professional outcomes with a focus on safety and quality. Peters previous roles included leading a Management Team overseeing Defence Projects by way of verification of data to enable transition between builders and ongoing maintenance contractors as well as his responsibilities included the development and roll out of and procedures to deliver a consistent working model that met all stakeholders expectations.

Lead Northern Territory & Queensland

Brad has extensive experience in the areas of Project Management and Coordination, Budgeting and Strategic Planning, Business Development and Communications, Relationship Building and Stakeholder Management. Possesses strategic, strong sense of professionalism, proactive nature, and genuine commitment to honest and efficient working practices, ensures the completion of all assigned responsibilities in a timely, safe, and quality assured manner. Business acumen and commercial awareness to help identify clients’ needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Brad has a proven track record in developing, implementing, and managing business development programs; demonstrating ability to think and act strategically in planning, design, and implementation of projects. Competence to identify and use effective communication strategies to approach key stakeholders within legislative parameters to initiate and develop relationships, partnerships, alliances, and collaborative efforts  for  achieving  quality performance outcomes. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; an experienced facilitator, communicator, and mediator.

BRADLEY COOPER

STEVE HADI

WESTERN AUSTRALIA LEAD

Steve brings 11 years’ of Australian experience in Project, Design Management and more recently on site as a PM. With a BEng in Chemical Engineering, Steve has gained extensive experience in fuel including major roles on Defence Fuel (DFTP – Tranche 1 Design Portfolio Lead, RAAF Base Curtin – Project Manager and Design Manager and Learmonth DFI – Project Manager and Design Manager). Steve has also undertaken roles as a Project/Design Engineer on South Flank NPI and Jimblebar 2 NPI as well as a Design Manager on various building projects.

GENERAL MANAGER - COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Tony’s is a dedicated and experienced General Manager who has worked in various industries and locations. His experience with the infrastructure sector has seen him promote the Company to stake holders, ensuring a high level of customer service and implementing company policies, overseeing the performance of Projects through Project and Construction Managers.

Tony has exceptional interpersonal, presentation and mentoring skills with a proven ability to interact effectively with the client, trades personnel, contractors and management at all levels. He is skilled in HR management including the recruitment process and ensuring the team is well trained. Tony is an organised and compliance conscious manager who is always looking for opportunities to improve the work environment ensuring a safe and enjoyable work place.

MIKE GWYNN

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - WESTERN AUSTRALIA

Mike brings 18 years’ of UK and Australian experience including over 8 years working on Australian Defence projects. With a background in civil engineering both as an engineer and on site, Mike has led large multi-disciplinary projects including extensive roles as a Project Manager and Project Director. Prior to working with IPSA, Mike was previously the WA and NT Defence lead for Jacobs and the WA Defence lead for Aurecon. He was also the Development and Delivery Director for the $127m Defence Fuel Transformation Program – Tranche 1.
